Angustifolia (English Lavender) bundles will be available earlier as it blooms earlier. These are shorter fuller bundles with a softer sweeter fragrance.

Lavandin (French Lavender) bundles are available later and have longer stems with long bud clusters. The fragrance is stronger and brighter than Angustifolia.
