Pilates in the Lavender Field

I had a wonderful and memorable Pilates experience. The setting was magical and Shelah is such a talented, kind instructor. I will treasure the experience, soft lavender scent, blue sky, dragon flies, eagle soaring all while being guided through Pilates. Bliss!

The Sunday morning Pilates outdoors in the gorgeous lavender field was a real treat. So beautiful. The best part was the amazing energy of our instructor Shelah. Would love to do this again!!

Unbelievable weather and beautiful surroundings make Pilates extra special! Thank you to Shelah, the instructor that caters to everyone’s abilities and needs to keep us in check! The lavender fields were blowing in the breeze and made for a great experience! Thank you.
