Culinary Lavender

Lavender can be used to elevate both sweet and savoury dishes, and is very complementary to flavours such as lemon, orange, chocolate, blueberry and vanilla. 

In savoury dishes, it is often paired with herbs such as thyme and rosemary to season chicken, turkey, lamb, and fatty fish like salmon or tuna.
